Reporting a vulnerability
If you have found a security problem in LinkedMetric, please tell us: security@linkedmetric.com. You do not need an account with us, and you do not need to be a customer.
What helps
- What you found, and the address or endpoint where you found it.
- Enough detail to reproduce it — a request, a screenshot, or a short description of the steps.
- How you would like to be credited, if at all.
What we do
- We confirm receipt within three working days.
- We tell you what we found and what we are going to do about it, and we say when it is fixed.
- We will not take legal action over research that stays within this page: no access to other people's data, no service disruption, no social engineering of our staff or customers, and no changes to anything you find.
What we cannot pay
We are a small company and we run no bounty programme. We can offer credit and our thanks, and a fast, honest answer.
