Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkedMetric marketing data integration and reporting services (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
1. The Service
LinkedMetric connects to advertising and analytics platforms that you authorise, reads reporting data on a read-only basis, standardises it, and delivers it to a reporting or data-warehouse destination that you control. The Service does not create, edit, pause or otherwise manage campaigns, budgets or account settings.
2. Connections & authorisations
To use the Service you connect one or more data sources through each platform's official authorisation flow. You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to grant access to the accounts you connect and that doing so complies with the terms of the relevant platform and any agreement with the account owner. You may disconnect any source at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorised to access, interfering with or disrupting the Service, reverse engineering it other than as permitted by law, or using it in violation of any applicable law or third-party platform policy.
4. Your data
As between you and LinkedMetric, you retain all rights to the data you connect and the data delivered to your destination. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the Service — to read, process, standardise and deliver that data on your behalf. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that are outside our control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, data or policies, which may affect the availability or completeness of data.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features from time to time.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedMetric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Term & termination
These Terms apply while you use the Service. You may stop using the Service and disconnect your sources at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law. Upon termination, connections are revoked and associated data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and the competent courts of the Netherlands will have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
